Our heroes finally get a little bit of downtime following the previous chapters, though there's still a lot for them to think about. There's clearly more to all this than meets the eye, but what? And what's the deal with the mysterious soldiers at the start of the chapter? It seems as though the gang have even more on their plate than they think...

Last time, we saw Kelly become a werewolf for the first time while Anna started her first official night of superheroing. The night is still young however, and our two heroes will have a lot on their hands before morning. How will they fare against the more feral werewolves? Will Alice, Steve and Amy survive? And what of Kisa, who was attacked in the previous chapter? Well, read on and find out!

Things really start to heat up in this chapter, as the full moon appears once again. Whilst Anna officiallly begins her career as a crime fighter, Kelly experiences her own first transformation. But just when they think they're ready for whatever will be thrown at them...

Anna's certainly earned herself some serious downtime after the last few chapters. Too bad she won't get much of it here, though- she's going to be in for quite an afternoon!

After that rather eventful last chapter, things wind down a little for this one. Not by much though- Anna has to deal with the first day of her new job, after all. Not only that, but Kelly's now been turned as well. Will she accept her gift? Let's hope so- if Anna's serious about her new crime fighting career, a little extra help won't go amiss!

Chapter 9 begins exactly where the last chapter left off, and sees Anna finally find her calling. It's fair to say James and Trevor messed with the wrong group of friends. However, Anna soon realises that being a hero isn't as easy as it looks, and a lack of planning ends up causing quite a big problem...

Chapter 8, and things start to take a turn for the serious for Anna and her friends. After all, every superhero needs a catalyst to spark them into action...

This time around, it's time for some world building as Anna is introduced to The Inner World. Not everything will be revealed about it, but there's still much to be said for now...

This time, we learn a little bit more about Amanda and Lucy's back story. Also, not realising how hungry you are despite being a werewolf? Geez Anna, you're the worst werewolf ever! Or maybe the best, depending on how you look at it.
