On this one, the artist was totally anonymous. I believe it may be Guoh, but some small stylistic differences have me doubtful. I managed to get this from an art thread where bored artists were willing to draw concepts they thought were interesting and whoever drew this thought Adressa was interesting.

Edit: Confirmed to not be Guoh. Back to square one on finding the artist
