One of the things I like to think of about the characters from The Fur Palace is what would have happened if the establishment had never existed. That would of course mean that most of the main characters would never have gone there and become Furs themselves. So, would that mean they end up living normal lives instead?

They could, but that would be a bit boring now, wouldn't it?

So, the idea here is that even without The Fur Palace, the main staff and performers would end up becoming Furs anyway, just through different means. And so it is with Kiara here, in a world where she never lost her original job and is living an ordinary life. Until now...
