How did she end up in this situation? She was standing quietly in front of a mirror, most of her fur bare to the light and view of any who might find their way into her stall. A terrible idea, it was.
Vienna sat in flushed silence as her eyes traced over the white lace that hugged her body. Aurum was so insistent that she come along, despite her protests.
“Vienna?” A cheery voice sang it’s way through the slats of the stall. “I hope you didn’t just drop dead - that’s not exactly what ‘drop dead gorgeous’ exactly means.”
She let out a long sigh, grasping the handle of the door firmly as she pulled it open. She could feel the heat on her face - she could swear someone could see through her fur. Even so she stepped out toward the pink and cream canine before her. Her back was turned to Vienna, to which Vienna quickly stepped forward and hugged Aurum’s arm, shyly hiding herself behind the canine.
“Oh!” There was a quiet exclamation as Aurum looked back to Vienna. “See? I told you it looks nice on you.”
