Roux Ypsilanti is a senior officer in the French military police. His exact age is unknown, but he prefers the term "Paris Guard" which has been deprecated since 1978. He sometimes carries a vintage revolver (Fiocchi Velo-dog 5.75mm). Although not specifically illegal, Roux has been known to collect "appearance fees" for attending certain events.
