Asterius is a warrior- and that's, frankly, all he's really concerned with being. He's quiet, stern at times, and hard to draw from his shell- he's excited to become the hero he's always wanted to be, but hasn't quite gotten there past owning a giant sword and losing an eye. His armor is traditional for his kind, though he's long been detached from much of his culture with the loss of his parents and desire to break free from them and make his way in a growing world. Tallixan is his adopted brother- as is fairly obvious, from the fact he's a different kind all together- but they're very close, Tally being the person Asterius trusts most in the world. He and his brother live in a rented room in The Hound and the Hare.
