High-powered body that stores extra energy in the limbs. The wheel chair can fold up into a set of propellers. The backside has outlets in case fellow robots need to draw energy from the body. The limbs use an extremely durable glass that doesn't easily shatter.

Arc Whip: Gene swings an energy lasso, grappling a target. He can pull either himself or the target closer. Gene can channel energy to or from the target to heal or overload either the target or himself

Drive Disc: Gene tosses one of his wheels, hitting a target before returning

Mode Shift: Gene switches between aerial and ground mode. While grounded, Gene moves faster. While airborne, Gene's electrical attacks deal more damage

Dynamo Bombardment: Gene becomes immobile as he charges an energy artillery. He gains increased range and can call down lightning strikes but is unable to use his other skills

Passive - Barrier Conduit: Extra energy that Gene gains is converted into a force field that surrounds him, shielding him from damage

Gene moves out and about, and insists being more independent. They go to conventions to look at merchandise and get pictures taken. They often come home late after a day out wheeling around. Their family is stationary so he was lucky to be able to go outside. He also appreciates the quiet open areas around the city.
