She has the honorary title of "Royal Dragon" which makes her a princess in the human kingdom, though the title is mostly decorative, and doesn't come with much authority. Nevertheless, common folk tend to like her, at least as a symbol. It projects strength for the human empire, and she is the reason why humans display a dragons on their flags.
Despite her popularity as a figure, Reni herself often feels isolated. Humans, while respectful towards her, still tend to treat her as the fearsome creature she appears to be. It's difficult for her to get close to anyone. Both her physical appearance as a dragon and her status as a royal prevents the princess from making many friends.
