He's the high part of the duo. He is a common redstart which usually are known for their beautiful chimes. Tweeter tends to experiment with the extreme. His music is nonmelodic and screeching (maybe there's kookaburra somewhere in his bloodline, nobody knows). He works together with his counterpart Woofer to create distorted, bass oriented hard music.
