A small friend who tags along with the Clown. She helps her with parties of all sorts, entertaining kids for the most part. One day, Ballihoo got fed up with kids and decided to get into a job with a wider audience. Joining the circus, the balloon dragon became quite pleased with her newfound reception and became quite the mascot. Unfortunately, her inflated ego gave made her unaware that she was being manipulated. It's up to the Clown and a few others along the way to remind Ballihoo of the simpler times! Ballihoo eats rubber to regenerate herself in case she pops. The gases she "drinks" also affects her form and mood.

An orange balloon dragon who is extremely durable, despite their looks. They're easygoing and a bit of a prankster.

Rubber Pummel: Ballihoo twists up and unleashes a stinging series of punches

Elastic Ricochet: Ballihoo makes herself rounder and bounces around, gaining momentum

Flash Gale: Ballihoo quickly deflates herself, dodging potential attacks and firing a burst of air

Cloud Conductance: Ballihoo controls the surrounding air, either absorbing it or turning the area into a thunderstorm

Passive - Eternal Encore: Ballihoo is nigh invulnerable, springing back up after being popped. She is resistant to heat and electricity.

Ballihoo spends her days performing at a traveling circus. As the star and mascot, she's tasked with advertising and drawing in crowds. She makes an effort to visit places in need of some cheer, as profit doesn't matter too much compared to publicity.

She visits Roma Gii whenever she can, often times while she's on break. They like to play video games and are surprisingly competitive.
